I have a swiss movement that is marked on it"Crulo,Stanley & Camp Co.Milwaukee Wis" and was wondering if any members on this board have some knowledge of who they were.
The watch is case in an Illinois case and the movement screws match the slots in the case perfectly and there are no other screw slots in the edge. It also has an Illinois dial DS that is in bad shape,it looks like someone put together this watch as the dial is glued into a ring like depression and there are no dial feet screws around the edge. It has a "swan-neck regulator and graduated snail" looks similar to a Patek Phillipe or the Omega on page 516 of the 2001 Shugart book.
Am curious who the company on the movement might be.
Thanks
Steve
