Jaeger pocket watch with "green" dial (luminous?)

I have recently acquired a WW2 JLC pocket watch. When I bought it I thought the crystal was discoloured, but on receiving it I find that the dial is actually coated with a pale green colour. I know most have black dials and I've seen a couple with white dials. Anyone got any thoughts or information about this one?

you will need to provide a bit more info. (a picture is worth a thousand words). Pictures of the movement and dial as well as mention of any stamps / hallmarks may be the key to get help.

Sorry, am having trouble working out how to publish pics.
Case is marked with (broadarrow) /|\ & 6E/50.
Movement is marked Jaeger Lecoultre and I think the model is 467/2.
Will continue to try to upload photos to the web & provide a link.

When you click on the Reply button, at the lower right-hand corner of the bottom post in a thread, the Reply To: box that opens has a toolbar at its top. The right-hand icon on the toolbar is a paperclip. Clicking upon the paperclip icon will open a box that allows you to select a picture file to attach to your post. Use the Browse button to navigate to the location in which the picture file resides on your disk drive and select it. Since this only permits one picture per reply, you can reply once for each picture.
