Good Evening, Listmates,

I have found a about Dutch watchmakers that was written by Enrico Morpurgo. It's entitled: "Nederlandse Klokken en Horlogemakers", published in Amsterdam in 1970. The NAWCC Library has a copy, but it is in the Research Library and not available for loan. Does anyone out there have this book? And, if so, may I ask a favor to look up some info for me? Please give me a shout and let me know if this is an option. Many thanks, in advance, and God bless!

Every Good Wish,
Doc Mark

The NAWCC Library personnel will provide research services (answering specific questions) at no charge to members. This includes looking up something in a reference book. NAWCC members need merely fill out a Request Form (http://www.nawcc.org/Library/libreqfrm.htm) and submit it via the internet.

Good Morning, Kent,

Thank you very much! I will submit my questions, via the form, immediately! This possiblity is just another benefit of being a NAWCC member, and I will be sure to remember it. Thanks, again, Kent!

Every Good Wish,

Question: why is this '70 book so "tightly" held? Is it rare?

Maybe Fortunate can shed some light on this one!

Enrico also wrote one on Italian Clock and Watchmakers.

No wisecracks about a single page long or ...

Ciao, Ralph
