Dent bought in watches from amny makers in England and Switzerland. If you post a picture of the movement we can tell you if its Swiss or English and in some cases who made it.

The signature on the movement means nothing. A serial number might help. On high grade English watche the case was made for the watch and will often hace the watch serial number on it too.

We need pictures and even then there are only a few Swiss makers who products are distinctive enough to identify. Dent used some of them.

If the watch is English rather than Swiss you can post the serial number and someone with a copy of Mercer's book on Dent may be able to find the maker from the information in that book.
