I have good news for you! The watch can be restored to the previous condition with little trouble or expense.

The second hand and crystal are generic in nature and inexpensive. You didn't mention if it is running.

It is not an expensive watch and would not be worth spending much to repair, if not running. We need a picture of the movement to identify the watch.

Well, the watch has pressed jewels which would indicated production after WW2.It may be Russian. I can't read the lettering.
In any case it's running and you can get a second hand and crystal for less than $20 and keep it.
