Hi all,
I've read through a lot of the postings on the Elgin Data base and though I'd ask the experts on what they think the real age of this watch movement is thttp://www2.freepichosting.com/Images/421615983/0.jpg Elgin Pocket Watch (http://www2.freepichosting.com/Images/421615983/0.jpg)he movement serial number is 24261820. It has a miro regulator 15 jewels. The case is a Nawco security 10k gold filled 7250093. The best part is that it is a side winder with a flawless dial. I took a photo but I'm sad to say it didn't turn out to great. Thank you for any help.

Copy the following link and paste into the edit filed at the top of your navigator.

http://elginwatches.org/databases/elgin_sn_intro.html

It will not work if you just click on it.

This will allow you to search your movement serial number, where you will see that your watch is from about 1921 and other useful information.

Hi Don,
Thanks it lets me know this is still a trusted data base. After reading the other posts about problems with it I wasn't sure.
