The tick-tock should be even. Your clocks are out of beat. On some clocks there are beat adjustment mechanisms that let you set the relationship between the pallets in the escapement and the pendulum position with respect to the case. On other clocks it is necessary to bend the crutch wire to put the clock in beat. Usually you just get it close enough that it does not look absurd and then use the sound to put it properly in beat.
For wall clocks you can usually move it a bit left or right on the hanger. For mantle and shelf clocks some card stock under one side or the other usually works.
If you are a real purist you twiddle with it until it is perfectly in beat with the clock case level and the pendulum in the center of the scale (if there is one).
