It is a typical Liverpool movement with a table roller, but it is marked with the name "C. Hequembourg" and the location "Paterson, N.J." Hequembourg is listed in a couple of sources as being a dealer located in New Haven, Conn. in 1818. The original engine-turned silver case (not pictured) bears a Chester hallmark for 1830.
