Swiss Watch Identification

Please help me identify my new watch. The movement is 43mm wide, it is housed in a swiss hallmarked (.935) sterling silver case, it has from the top view two ruby (third and fourth wheel) and light blue jewels (escape, lever arbor and balance). Thanks for the help!

If it helps the dial is also silver with painted numbers. The case has the initials NM on it.
