info on movement

I was wondering if anyone might know who manufactured this movement, or is it just a generic swiss movement. Thanks for any help you can give....Jim

Thanks, But cannot be the same person. This watch is dated Dec. 25th 1897.
George was born in 1914...Maybe his father? He was a watchmaker. Anyone???

George J Von Burgs father was a watchmaker. Perhaps he is the maker of your watch. Need to look for info on Georges father.
