Sources for European PW parts?

I have an 18S European PW that I need hands for and a crystal. The barrel for the hands are odd sizes (as in nothing American works). I guess I could keep working on broaching, but I would prefer a better fit.

Also, it is a HC. But a very slimline HC. I already have crushed one crystal which was real flat. It is almost like it should be quite flat. I am willing to try plastic, but since the watch was made in 1911, I doubt that plastic was that original.

Any known sources of European PW parts that I should try?
