The earlier post on the swiss-made "Boulevard" prompted me to dig out one that I had that was made by Elgin. Like most others of this variety, it's a 12s, 17j grade 345, but this one is a little different in a couple of respects - instead of fancy script letters on a flat metal dial, this one uses block letters, and reads simply "Boulevard" (no "The" preceding it).
The other variation is that the dial design "flips." I'm not able to capture the effect in a picture, but what happens is that the light-colored numerals and field design in the attached picture turn a dark silver shade when you tilt it to one side, and the dark background turns to a light cream color.
It sort of reminds me of a grown-up version of those little plastic toys with the shifting image that you used to get as the prize in a box of Crackerjacks.
