A guy was just in our shop showing me a Bonheur pocket watch with an open escapement. I had never heard of them. Where were they made (country?). And what period of time? Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Bonheur was the registered brand of Jacob Gutman, La Chaux de Fonds, Switzerland. The brand was first registered in 1911. There is no indication of when they stopped production of the Bonheur Brands. A picture might help as to time period.
