Hi

You have a memovox. This is an alarm watch. It was almost always cased as a wrist watch and as such is a very nice but fairly common piece.

I did not see any hallmarks so its probably a base metal case.

The ring that unfolds is probably a stand to hold it upright as an alarm clock.

Such use of wrist watch movement was not common but usually does not make th eitem rare.

Jeager Lecoultre made very fine watches. Most came into the US uncased and were marked LeCoultre. Jeager Le COultre usually meant that it was cased in Switzerland and in my view these were better done.
