Yes, there was a small hoard of these dials discovered about 30 years ago.
There are at least three different types of M. dials that I have seen.
Now, go locate a movement!

Here is a link to some of the best information on the McIntyre Watch Company.

Tom in a long time poster to this web site. He will be able to give you more information about the dial.
If you could post a picture it would be helpful. If you look in the top right corner of this page there is a link to "How to Post Images".

Here are a couple of the dials. The link above shows a lot of them.

This link (http://www.awco.org/MWCo/Presentation/dialsebauches.htm) is a page of dials and ebauches. It is one screen of a longer presentation on the McIntyre Watch Co.

There was most likely a total of 8 of these watches made. The location of 3 of them is known. As Jon says, there is more than an adequate number of dials for all the watches. Indeed, there are at least two dials for every watch for both HC and OF casing.
I have the original drawings and other material that was transferred to the Elgin school. In that collection are the ebauches on the site pointed to above and a number of other ebauches, parts and tooling.
I do not own one of the watches. :frown:

Jon, How about Hamilton? You get the point right? There were McIntyre signed Hamiltons
we know. I couldn't picture a Hammy up/down
('cept chron stuff) so I said Elgin or watham.
What if? The idea was to look at the dial feet
and see. Are there no up/downs by McIntyre
other than his own? I don't know, and I make that clear.

The feet or lack of same will not allow it to work!
Next, one would have the "centers" problems (center wheel, second and indicator shafts)!

The Mcintyre Indian Territory dials fit Hamiltons, but they don't have up/down. The McIntyre watch dials I have seen are all snap on except for one Swiss made example.

The other dial marked "Chronometer" is signed O'Hara.

I have never tried to fit one to a HC Vanguard Wind Indicator.

Apples and oranges--the original question centered around McIntyre dials which are 16s; the Hamilton dials mentioned by Cort and pictured by Tom are NOT McIntyre dials but Hamilton 18s dials. And, like I previously stated how is one going to attach a footless 16s dial to a Waltham indicator-epoxie or crazy glue?

And (I forgot), thanks to Tom for posting the images of his dials.

Jon, the Swiss Kankakee Chronometer dial is two footed which is even worse than no feet. You would attached the snap on dials with double stick tape of course.
They fit the McIntyre watch with DeLong's patented attachment ring. You could probably create one for the Vanguard and certainly could if you were willing to modify the pillar plate.
Does anyone have a couple of spare Vanguard WI in hunting case for me to try them?
