Here's one I'll bet most of you don't have...

And yes, the watch works perfectly, as does the radio. And yes, it comes with a tight fitting leather case that zips up snug and secure.

Okay, probably not everyone's cup of tea... but I collect watches and radios, so a fusion piece like this one was bound to cath my eye.

If you are wondering what the small script on the lower part of the dial says... it's "Seiko".

Is the watch a Seiko transistor type or a wind-up?

I used to collect the old transistor type radios, but gave in to the great prices I was able to get for them on eBay a few years ago and sold them all.

I think I would have kept this one if it had been mine.

The watch is a wind-up model. What isn't all that apparent is that it is tied into the radio as well. On top of the radio is a switch marked "Auto Manu". In the Auto position, the radio comes on automatically when the time hits the mark indicated by the little red arrow. Sort of a portable clock radio alarm.
