I think that I have the same timepiece. It has the winder at the bottom. It is the mechanism from a folding travel clock. Mine is in a three-piece folding leather covered case.

Looks like the logo of the Cross pen company...
How do I know?
I have 400 Cross watches in my warehouse..

I wondered if it also might be Mark Cross, a dealer in fine leather goods (perhaps the maker of the case?).
