I was just at a customers home, and he surprised me with an early repeating pocket watch. With my limited knowledge of watches, I surmised it to be from the 1700's due to the very fancy carved balance cock. The only markings I could see on the movement were Meyer, and Paris. Can anyone shed any light on this maker? Sorry, I have provided very little info, but I saw the watch only briefly!
