Your best chances are probably places like Obsolete Parts (http://www.ccwatchmaker.com/) and other message boards that deal with parts searches or Dash-To (http://www.dashto.org/) and similar place that buy out old stock and re-sell it.

If you r sleave isn't completely broken you can make them work beter by following the instructions on John Duvalls tutorialhere. (http://nawcc-***-mb.infopop.cc/helphand/stem/Slide01.html)

I have thousands of them--send me a sample of a broken one that you need for your watch and hopefully I can assist you.
