here some general remarks on the boring job to identify an old European watch:

The inscriptions on your watch are nothing else than technical data:
Ancre (not Angre): lever escapement,
Levées Visibles: visible lever pallets,
Spiral Breguet: Brequet hairspring
Balancier Compense: temperature comensation balance,
16 Rubis: 16 jewels
All in all a watch of major quality. Regarding pin set feature and Roman numbers, it is most probably made between 1880 and 1900.
The woman's head is the "Helvetia", the Swiss hallmark for 18K gold.
