Information about Maker's Mark

I have all the books necessary to identify the maker for you. Unfortunately, the initials alone are insufficient. It is the particular form in which they are applied that must also be used in the reference material. I too am in Calgary, and would be glad to help.It could be Samuel Freeman, 5 Trafalgar st., Coventry. The dates appear to be correct.

Doug, how well does that work for you having your business at your home? What is it really like? Do customers come to your home or do you do work for the trade?

This sounds interesting as I am getting to the point of retiring and think about doing that also.
