I recently purchased an early Illinois "Currier" Grade that is marked on the movement, "Addison Brothers, Chelsea, Mass." with s/n 63,722 -- KW/KS Model "1" from ca. 1881.

I couldn't find this P.L. in any of the listings I have. I'm assuming this is probably a jewelry store, but could be wrong.

Anyone have any information on the Addison Brothers?

The Addison Bros were at 218 Broadway in the Chelsea section of Boston. They had a fairly good reputation for wholesale and retail lines.
