This is a 16s, will fit a model 14. Can any of you tell me what this dial goes on? Or how many of them they made?

It appears your dial feet on this one are at the 8 25 and 45 which would make it appropriate for a model 1, 2 or 3 Illinois, early 16 size movements from the 1890's. Being that it has the "arched" Illinois font rather than the older correct time period "old english" font, I imagine this dial was made in the late 19teens to 1920's as a factory replacement for an earlier damaged dial for either of these Model numbers. Hope this helps clarify what you have, and I am certain with these dial feet it will not fit a model 14. I imagine finding an extra dial for these models is somewhat hard to do these days.

Thanks Mike. Never seen a dial like this, did not occur to me the earlier models had different feet position.
