Hello all. I am trying to determine if the Keystone Howard W.Co. offered a parts cabinet to their retailers. It seems that most of the other large companies like Hamilton, Waltham, Elgin, had offered a selection of parts cabinets that would contain the more obvious parts that one would need to repair their watches. I've placed an ad in the Mart looking for such, but as of this time, I have not had any calls. Not having been called leads me to belive that there might not have been any offered by the company. I'll admit it, I would love to have one, but more importantly, I'd like to know if there are any that exist. If you have such a part selection, I would appreciate hearing from you to assure that they were offered.

As I am putting together a powerpoint presentation for our local chapter (115) meeting this summer, if you have any material or other obscure information, watches etc that might benefit my program, I would be most interested in hearing from you. Please feel free to email me at: dave@lastwindup.com.
Thanks in advance,
Dave

Hi Dave

You might try posting in the 'Horological Misc' or 'Horological Books' boards. These groups would most likely know of any advertising for the cabinets that Howard would have done. The existance of the advertisements would show the availability (and existance) of the items advertised.

Are you aware of the Howard/NYS parts catalogue that was reprinted several decades ago?

Yes,
I've seen the re-print but never the actual cabinet of parts. You?
