yesterday i got my waterbury chiming on the the hour 1/4 1/2 and 3/4 and i also got it to chime the number of hours. I took the face of and sprayed some wd40 on it and loosend one screw.
know shes working perfectly!

I think that almost everyone on this board will tell you wd40 is one of the worst lubricants you can use on a clock movement - I know your movement is now working but it should really now be taken apart and properly cleaned and oiled.

:rolleyes: Yuck, those who do not know lubricants and what various lubricants can do to brass. For those that want to use motor oils, sulfer compounds really do a number on a clock right along with salts. Most clock repairmen will sell you an oiler if you ask.
