From the serial number you gave, the "Waltham Pocket Watch Identification and Price Guide" which is still available at, www.hoapress.com (http://www.hoapress.com) , has this watch listed as a 6 size, model 90, grade Seaside, 7 - 15 jewels, unadjusted.

One of the resident experts should be able to tell you more about the watch as I don't have one of these watches.
