This watch is said to have been produced by Illginois or maybe Hamiltham in the late teens. Not having seen too many of its kind I now ask for your opinion. Grade number is in the greyed area of the pic, but with a magnifying glass the inscription "Hogg's patent" is barely visible. Does anyone dare to guess the jewel count?? Rumour has it was approved by the RR in Honduras, but it's impossible to confirm.
However, I suspect it is just another Swiss watch, though :razz:.

Given the reflection of the dial in the cuvette, it looks like it was made by Escher.
