I have FINALLY got my hands on a mini ogee at a fantastic price. Unfortunately, it's just a case:

I need a movement, dial and gong. If anyone has one for sale, please let me know. Or if you see one on eBay also.

I have a waterbury 30hr movement, but I don't want to make a marriage out of this potentially great clock.

If you have pics of this clock (same company) please share.

Sooth, if you look for a recent post (within the last week or so) in clocks forum about fusee movement in a Smith and Goodrich OG clock, that is the type of movement you will be looking for based on the label in yours. You might have a long wait to find it, but I will watch for you.

Oh NO! You're kidding me! ARGH!!!!

Oh well. I will hopefully be VERY lucky. Are you sure they all used these fusee type movements? Any pics? I will check for the other post in a min.

Thanks a lot for the help.

Sooth the key is on the label, "equalizing" as in "patent spring equalizing and power retaining" which was used with Brewster and Ingraham fusee movements. Sorry, won't be at all easy to find.

Ah, I totally overlooked that, Harold.

Thanks so much for the info. It won't be impossible, but I hope I can find the parts for this clock.

If you see any in the Marts, I'd appreciate the info (not a member, so I dont' have access).

Well, if you do find a movement, it'll be worth it. Kinda like my movement(and dialess) spencer and wooster!

Hi everyone. I got the clock the other day. Quite a gorgeous little piece and I'm SO happy with it.

I took a good long look at it, and I see no traces of the fusee type movement.

I also found this one on eBay with the same case, and what looks like the same label (says equalizing like mine), and it doesn't have the fusee type movement either.

So I might be SAVED.

Also, no signs of an alarm movement either (good, less parts to find!)
