You should be able to change the date format in your Preferences tab after clicking the MyPop! link.

I just tried to change so I could get the month but all I could get was 3ms instead of four. I still can't get the month in the date.
I'm not very fond of this set-up at all.

Problems most often seem to occur when your cookie is not working properly and the message board software cannot identify you.

You should always be able to see the ">>Hello Your Name [logout]" message at the upper left of the messages area. If it is not there, anything you do with preferences will not help much.

I just changed my date format preference from the community default of MMMM DD YYYY to MMM DD to see if it was working and the change worked fine. MMMM is the notation for spell out the month in full by the way, while MMM is the code for use only the 3 letter abbreviations.
