I've got two Riker mount cases of N.Y.S dials
but I doubt I can help on that one.
You also posted for a specific Howard dial a while back and I need my memory refreshed as to the specifics. I remember it it had to do with the Howard Watch Co. being spelled out on one line(..or something like that)?

I have four, (three are mint), but none are 2 footers. All are three footers.

1 is Arabic-perfect

2 are Roman perfect

One Arabic with a light hairline across the center and is unsigned.

I can remove one foot is you want it.
