Help needed from you knowledgeable horologists

I have a tough little 12s Burlington Co. Chicago #3,054,571. I say tough because it has been dropped on the trunk of my car,then bounced accross the concrete! It is still ticking strong and keeping good time. The watch is 21j 3 finger bridge gold center wheel adj. temp. & pos. The dial is D.S. metal (gold color) black painted numerals. It is cased factory 25 yr. gold plate. After such terrible treatment I would like to know the history of this good companion. Thankyou :redface:
